MacAurther After surviving his entire family being euthanized by animal control in his county and testing positive for heartworms he is very eager to find his forever humans.He is super fun and has the personality to match.He loves walks and loves giving kisses,And you can look at his handsome mug and see the love this little survivor has.He was left alive for a reason and that reason is obvious as soon as you meet him.He does like to play rough and really needs a big dog pal to equal his tenacity and energy.He listens like a semi stubborn bulldog but with no malice or ill intent, just goofy innocence.He is breed specific so I encourage anyone inquiring to research it a bit and understand the nature of his breed. FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. The adoption fee of $400 Includes Age-Appropriate Vaccinations (DA2PPV, Bordetella, Rabies), Deworming, Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Flea/Tick/Heartworm Prevention, and Sheltering. Adult Dogs are Heartworm Tested and Treated as Needed. FOCCAS does not DNA test or guarantee breed. Meet Nugget...she is a 3 year old spayed Bully who is good with kids, according to her previous owner. She has not been introduced to cats. She runs the fenceline here with other dogs, but a meet and greet is needed if you have another dog. Please visit the Taylor Animal Shelter to meet her.

Lets talk about Winston ! I can not believe he is still with is , he is our 2nd longest resident ! Is there a reason ? He is a bulldog ! Winston liked to take walks on his own and ended up at the dog Warden's office and the owner was contacted and they came in and surrendered him after owning him his entire life 🥲 How sad is that ? He is around 7 to 8 years old ! He is good with other dogs - just pretty chill and keeps to himself alot ! His foster says he is a greay dog! Housebroken- yes once he gets over the first day of being in the home ! He is on 4 health lamb brand food because all the other food he was given gave him the itches! He does need to be fed separately from other dogs only cause he does not like to share his food- but hey that is an easy solution - would you someone else reaching on to your dish while your eating ? He also hates bathes for some reason - maybe he is part pig 🐖- who knows ! But we do know one thing he is adorable and just very mellow boy whose just patiently waiting for his new family . He is neutered, microchipped, current on vaccines, heartworm tested , current on flea and heartworm prevention and waiting for you to come sweep him off his feet ! Could you be his person ?
