Hello! My name is Inspector Gadget!And I`m here to thoroughly sniff through anything and everything. I hope you like to stop and smell the roses because that`s what my ideal walk looks like! I am a sensitive soul that can get spooked and panic in response to loud noises or unfamiliar things (sometimes a stranger approaching). I am looking for humans who will use a gentle training approach, lots of rewards, and patience as I take time warm up to scary things. Once I feel safe, I`m a playful and friendly guy who loves to zoom around and be silly!MY IDEAL HOME INVOLVES…CHILDREN: Teenagers may be ok but given my skittish nature, I wouldn’t be the best match for a loud home or a home with young children.OTHER DOGS: Yes, with a friendly, well-socialized dog who will enjoy playing and help show me how safe the world is.CATS: Possibly with a cat who is confident around dogs.FIRST-TIME DOG OWNERS: I would do best with someone who has previous dog experience, ideally with timid dogs.FENCED-IN YARD: Recommended given I can panic on leash if something spooks me. The yard can help give me breaks from the busy streets. HOUSING ENVIRONMENT: Any with yard preferred. Apartment buildings are not ideal given busy environments can overwhelm me.SOMEONE HOME MOST OF THE DAY: Not necessarily.SOME OTHER THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT ME…ACTIVITY LEVEL: Medium.
