Story
A friend who raised Setters, GSP, and Brittany dogs gave her to me as they were getting out of that and they needed to reduce their “herd”. She had not sold as she was so shy. She is very sweet and cuddly when she is confident of who she is with. She’s about 5 now, and really needs a home where she has room to run out all her energy. She will stay in a crate, if that is preferred. She would be ok with older kids who know to let her come to them. She is aggressive to some dogs, but friendly with others. She would be a threat to any smaller household pets. She will walk on a leash, but gets very excited if she sees cats or birds and is very difficult for me to hold onto anymore.

Story
Louis and Rose came from the same breeder, who is a friend , but are not siblings. Was set to be adopted but the potential owner neglected to find out if she was allowed to have pets at her apartment. She had to return Louis and I was contacted about picking him up as they were trying to get that litter gone to make room for others. Louis is about six years old, but can still act like a puppy at times. When he does rest, he sleeps deeply and can awake with a startle at times. He is very cuddly and will let you know when he is ready to have his own space. He will walk on a leash, but if he spots squirrels or birds or especially cats, he can be very difficult to hang onto for me. I have developed some physical problems and can no longer handle him as I once did. He prefers being an inside, but with benefit from having a large fenced yard, so he could run and use his energy. He hates to be outside in rainy weather.
