Meet Abaco: The Ultimate Introvert (Dog Edition) If Abaco were human, he'd be the friend who loves deep connections but skips the party—no hard feelings, he just enjoys his space. He's more "quiet corner" than social butterfly, especially around new people. Once you're in his trusted circle, however, this loyal and chatty companion opens up beautifully —affectionate, playful, and always ready to "talk" to his family, saving his conversations for those he loves. Abaco is currently being fostered with another dog, but he can be particular when first meeting a new pooch. And when it comes to food, he's a true gourmet—treat-motivated, but only for the finest offerings, wagging his tail like a culinary critic with high standards. Abaco can be a bit nervous with strangers. He’ll gladly and very gently accept a treat, but please don't expect to pet him at the first meeting. Abaco appreciates slow introductions and understands clear boundaries. Give him a couple of days and a solid routine, and he transforms into a super cuddly, incredibly chatty, and very playful companion who loves his people deeply. Once you're in his circle, expect affectionate snuggles, playful energy, and lots of meaningful conversation.
