Story
Hi, my name is February! I am as cute as a button and I know it! I am a special puppy who needs a special home that is ready to take on my medical needs. I was born with a grade 5 heart murmur. VOCAL did an echo on my heart to find out what is wrong and it turns out I have a heart condition called pulmonic stenosis. This means I will likely need medication and follow-up visits with vets and may need surgery to correct my condition when I am a bit older. I will also need to be in a relatively relaxed home, as my heart can't be allowed to work too hard. I am currently in a foster home where I have learned how to live with kids, other dogs and cats! I love car rides and meeting new friends. I have started working on potty training (I have almost no accidents!), leash skills, and crate training! I'm very food motivated and a fast learner! We are not really sure what breed I am, my mom was possibly a terrier/lab/cattle dog and dad was suspected to be a rottweiler/shepherd, but some of my siblings looked a bit more like aussies, spaniels or pointer mixes. I am truly a heinz 57 mystery mix! If you think you could be the right home for me and my medical needs, please apply to come meet me!
