This absolutely gorgeous dog is James. In his previous home, James was mostly living outside and really did not get to meet many new people or dogs, or experience new sights and sounds. Now, James is hoping for an adopter who will give him time to decompress and adjust to his new life. Good boy James is so very smart and trains quickly using a clicker. He loves long sniffy walks or romping around in a yard. He has also decided that car rides are awesome and will go with you wherever you want to go. While James was able to take walks with other calm dogs, living with another dog would currently take a good deal of management. James has successfully lived with cats in his previous home. And if children are old enough to practice petting consent and help with his training plan, James may be able to live with kids.

🐾 Meet Charlie — a lovable Springer Spaniel mix looking for his forever home! Charlie is a 5-year-old Springer Spaniel mix weighing about 32 lbs. He’s the perfect blend of playful and mellow — he enjoys walks, dog-friendly outings, and time at dog camp (where he’s a total star!), but he’s just as happy curling up on the couch for snuggles. Charlie is wonderful with kids and other dogs, house-trained, healthy, and very well-behaved in every setting. He’s a gentle, affectionate boy who loves being part of the action. Charlie does have some separation anxiety, so he’d do best with someone who’s home often, works from home, or has another dog for company. With a little reassurance and routine, he thrives. Rehoming him is a very hard decision — he’s an amazing dog with so much love to give — but his current family wants to find a home that can give him the time and support he deserves. 📍 Located in Haverhill, MA 🐶 Up to date on vaccines and ready for his next adventure!
