Story
Meet Sahlab — A Sweet & Gentle Little Boy Sahlab is a 7-month-old male kitten with a soft white coat and an adorable splash of gray right on the top of his head — like a little signature marking that makes him extra special. True to his sweet name, Sahlab has a calm, gentle personality that makes him an easy addition to any home. He’s incredibly friendly, non-aggressive, and gets along beautifully with other cats. Whether he’s quietly keeping you company or making new feline friends, he brings a peaceful, loving presence wherever he goes. He’s fully litter box trained and already has wonderful manners, making the transition into his forever home smooth and stress-free. Sahlab is the kind of kitten who doesn’t demand attention — he earns it with his soft nature and kind heart. If you’re looking for a loving companion who will fit right in and bring warmth to your home, Sahlab is waiting for you. Give this sweet boy the home he deserves All of our cats for adoption are sterilized, fully vaccinated, treated for fleas/worms, are negative for FIV/FELV, have a registered microchip, and come with their travel crate.  Adoptions are on a cost-recovery basis and are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law. Potential adopters for our Persian cats need to have prior Persian cat experience as they need to be well cared for.  Grooming, dental, and veterinarian exams are done once a year, and a good quality brand of cat food such as Royal Canin, Hills Science Diet, or Purina Pro plan is the upper tier level with a black label. We are a rescue and get what we get in terms of cats in need of a home. In no way do we work with breeders or buy the cats from the Friday markets so we can put them up for adoption as a rescue. https://www.petstablished.com/adoption_form/11596/generic Native Mau Cats of Egypt are the oldest known descendants of Egyptian domesticated cats (which have provided a partial foundation for the recent Egyptian Mau cat breed), and they are one of only a few naturally occurring, small, spotted cats in the world. Adoptions are on a cost-recovery basis and by an approved application.   NVEcats aims to increase education in Egypt and around the world about these magnificent and intelligent cats. Cats and kittens are not adopted out on a “first-come, first-serve” basis. We choose to match our applicants and cats based on what we deem as best suited for that particular cat or kitten. ##2712684##

Story
Mango is a beautiful one-and-a-half-year-old Egyptian kitty with a BIG personality to match her bright orange coat. She’s full of life, a little bit wild, and 100% unforgettable. Playful doesn’t even begin to describe her—Mango loves to run, jump, chase, and turn just about anything into a game. She’s what you might call delightfully “crazy” in the best way possible. If you’ve ever had a soft spot for spirited orange cats, she’s exactly your type. Mango gets along with others, but she truly shines in a home that can match her energy. She would do best with an active person or family who enjoys interactive play and doesn’t mind a little chaos and a lot of laughter. If you’re looking for a calm, quiet lap cat… Mango is not that girl. But if you want a fun, energetic companion who will keep you entertained every single day, she might just be your perfect match. Ready to add some excitement (and a little mischief) to your life? Mango is waiting for you All of our cats for adoption are sterilized, fully vaccinated, treated for fleas/worms, are negative for FIV/FELV, have a registered microchip, and come with their travel crate.  Adoptions are on a cost-recovery basis and are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law. Story
"It's another Tequila Sunrise"  Oh, it's not just another kitten, staring slowly 'cross the sky, wishin' for a forever family, Tequila Sunrise is working on the dreams he plans to try, but the days go by.  Tequila Sunrise is truly the purrfect sip to make everything feel warm and lovely and is ready to prove that to a special forever family of his very own!  Tequila Sunrise is a handsome orange boy, with a perfectly distinguished forehead M, marking him as part of the great hits!  Born March 01, 2026, Tequila Sunrise and his family of hits  were discovered by a landlord after the tenant moved out and they soared to top of the charts in a foster home, where they can perfect their sound and secure their spot in the hall of fame, forever families.  His booking agent says he is just the most outgoing, most cuddly kitten who is great with people and loves to play with his siblings!  Tequila Sunrise would do best with another young, playful cat or kitten - perhaps a sibling song? - for all the joyful kitten energy.  He's ready for the record deal of a lifetime - to be signed into a forever family! As a general rule, we recommend that young kittens only go in pairs or to households that already have another pet. Young kittens on their own, no matter how much attention they get from humans, usually get bored and tend to be more destructive.  They need another animal to help socialize them (to learn how to appropriately wrestle, boundaries, etc).  Most times having another cat is the best, though some may be okay with a gentle dog. You can see more pictures and videos of our fosters on our facebook page:  Sophia L'Orange Kitten Rescue All of our adoptable animals are cared for and assessed in foster homes (we do not have a shelter), up to date on age appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed or neutered and tested for FeLV/FIV, before they are adopted. They have had de-worming medication as a standard of care and Flea/Tick/Ear Mite preventive treatment. Medical records will be released with the adopted pet. ##2695901##

Story
Meet Olivia!  Olivia is an absolutely beautiful tabby cuddle muffin looking for her forever lap, er, forever family!  She has the most charming face, stunning green eyes and expressions which tell you exactly what she needs you to know - how special she is, how pretty she is, how you should probably be petting her already.  This little love claims the lap time over her brothers whenever she can - and you can't resist that belly!  But she's not all good looks and cuddles, she loves to play and have fun with her brothers, or you, too.  Olivia is great with other cats, well she can be a little bossy but someone needs to take charge; still she would do great with another young, playful cat, perhaps one of her brothers - Maximus or Spot Light.  She would be good in a home with respectful children to cuddle and play with.  Let's help Olivia find that lap, er, family, she needs so she can show off that tabby belly and be adored, forever. Story
"little kittens just seem to find out early, how to open doors with just a glance"   Lyin' Eyes, we heard there's a family waiting, on the other side of town, with fiery eyes and dreams no one could steal!   Lyin' Eyes is waiting for that family dreaming of a precious little kitten like her!  You can already tell how easy it is to fall for her, as she is a stunning tabby with dazzling stripes and a perfectly distinguished forehead M, marking her as part of the greatest hits.  Born March 01, 2026, Lyin' Eyes and her family of hits were discovered by a landlord after the tenant moved out.   Thankfully we got them and they've soared to top of the charts in a foster home, where they can perfect their sound to secure their spot in the hall of fame (aka forever families.  Lyin' Eyes is a bit cautious with the fame, but with a gentle approach she warms up quickly.  We’ve told her not to hide. She would do best in a mashup with another hit - a sibling song to harmonize with - for all that fun, kitten energy and to bring the confidence of Lyin' Eyes out.  The perfect mix of rock & country, Lyin' Eyes is that special song you just can't get out of your mind, and for a good reason - perhaps she's meant to play in your house, with your family, forever! Most times having another cat is the best (particularly for this little kitten), though some may be okay with a gentle dog.
