Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Jack” is a five (5) year old neutered purebred male American Golden Retriever with a “heart” shaped birthmark on his face. He is in great health and current on all his shots. His veterinarian says he is very re-home able. Jack loves to go on walks, play ball, swim, ride in the car, go boating, paddle boarding, exploring, and playing games. He just wants to do what you are doing. Jack enjoys Nyla bone type chewing toys. He cannot have soft chew toys because he is an “aggressive” chewer. He loves to be where his people are. Jack prefers to be inside with his people rather than outside by himself. A true golden trait. He sleeps indoors in his “open door” crate at night. He is house trained and eats twice a day. Jack has had professional dog training and responds well to training. He will require further “walking” training at his new home. Mister Jack loves everything except young children. He absolutely cannot be around young children. He becomes upset, nervous, and agitated. He loves people and loves being with people. Jack does fine with other dogs; however, he should have supervised introductions with other dogs. Currently he lives with another Golden Retriever. Jack has not been around cats, so we have no idea. He would be a great hiking companion and with training a running companion. If you would be interested in adopting Jack, please fill out the application on this website  lsar.rescuegroups.org   There is a rehoming fee. Thank you for considering adoption.       Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 18, 2024, 10:15 am
