Story
It breaks our hearts to write this, but we are looking for a new home for our 5-year-old Poodle mix, Chong. He is a wonderful, gentle soul, but between our current work schedules and not having a fenced yard, we feel we aren’t able to give him the time and environment he deserves. ​ He is happy to sleep the day away while you work and watch tv by your side at night. He is low-energy inside and loves to nap. He is sweet, gentle, and almost never barks. He’s crate trained at night and knows he isn't allowed on the couch or in carpeted rooms but will steal food off of counter tops if you leave it. If he needs out, he’ll give you a "death glare!" High shedder, but low coat maintenance. He’s a lazy, sweet boy we’ll miss dearly—we’d love to dog sit for his new family in the future. Outside, he loves walks and is energetic. Could use leash training. Chong loves dogs (gets overexcited but is submissive with them) & is indifferent toward other people until he gets to know and love them.
