Story
Paco is a 6-year-old Italian Greyhound/Chihuahua mix. He's a small dog, weighing 10.6 pounds of pure love. He hasn't had a fair start in life; his original owners kept him confined because he barked too much and sometimes muzzled him. He also didn't get much socialization. We did our best to provide him with a home and to socialize him. Once he feels comfortable, Paco will chat with you, flop his little body onto your lap to show his belly, and play fetch. He's a petite fellow, and he knows it; he is a lover and not a fighter. He's the ultimate couch potato; he loves snuggling up next to people he trusts. Otherwise he enjoys his "den" (i.e. his crate). He's an easygoing dog with minimal maintenance needs. He does take anxiety meds , tho (hence special needs). Paco is house-trained and leash-trained, and he knows several commands: come, sit, lie down (flat), and shake (his specialty). He deserves a chance of life with someone with calm energy who understands small dogs.
