Story
Tiger Lily is a sweet 2.5 year old cat. I rescued her from the Northern Nevada SPCA around Aug 2023. I have a large dog and another cat, and she does her best to integrate but is always stressed out about the dynamics. She even has her own room away from the other pets and her own litter box. My teen son and I travel a lot (though someone is always here for the animals) and Tiger Lily hates change. She shows extra signs of stress whenever any of us leaves or comes home from travel. Our house is about to go through another major transition and I hate watching her suffer with such anxiety. She would do best with a home of settled folks. Another cat is probably fine though it will take time. A dog would have to be very chill. Small kids will get hurt if they pull her tail or stress her out. A settled home where she is the only pet is ideal for her. I love her very much, but I think our home of travelers and other animals is too stressful for her.
