Story
Thank goodness it’s FRIDAY! Friday is a hearty and hale grey striped male kitten with a raccoon pattern on his tail and legs. He was the biggest boy in his litter and handles his strength with grace. Easy going and confident, Friday loves tummy rubs and often settles down between his foster’s feet. He has boundless energy when its time to play with his bros – if cats played football, Friday would be the quarterback! Born to a teenage mama cat, Friday, his siblings, and his mama were all rescued by a kind family and have been fostered in a loving home. Friday is particularly well socialized – whether you’re looking for a cuddler, a playboy, or a guy who can entertain himself with toys, Friday is the kitten for the job! Like all young kittens, Friday will do best in a home with another young cat for companionship and play. His brothers, Socks and Li’ Petey are also available for adoption. This boy is destined to bring joy and love to any home – how about yours? Friday has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and is negative for FeLV and FIV. His adoption fee includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners. To meet Friday, submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy available at PetSmart. A volunteer will contact you within 3-5 business days for a possible meet and greet. The $175 adoption fee ($320 for two kittens) allows us to continue to provide care and find loving homes for abandoned and neglected cats in our Eugene/Springfield community. For more information, send an email to adoptioninfo@CatRescues.org or call 541-225-4955 option 1. Story
Meet MOMCAWBER, a sweet, short-haired multicolor female with a grey coat and orange undertones in her fur. She has an adorable matching orange tip on her tail. Momcawber has a particularly lovely face with markings that accentuate her beautiful eyes. This young cat is a teen mom with a history on the streets and a heart of gold. She is very affectionate and loves people and other cats. While not especially playful initially, Momcawber has really come out of her shell in her foster home. She was rescued and brought in out of the cold with her four kittens by a Good Samaritan, and has had a safe and loving foster home where she has really blossomed. Momcawber has grown accustomed to the lavish life she is living indoors and shows no interest in being outside, although its always wise to exercise caution around doors and windows. Three of her kittens are also available for adoption – Lil'Petey, Socks, and Friday, and she’d love a home with any -- or all! -- of them. She’s ready for a permanent home and deserves all the love that her forever family will lavish upon her. Momcawber has been spayed vaccinated, microchipped, and is negative for FeLV and FIV. Her adoption fee includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners. To meet Mawcamber, submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy available at PetSmart. A volunteer will contact you within 3-5 business days for a possible meet and greet. The $155 adoption fee allows us to continue to provide care and find loving homes for abandoned and neglected cats in our Eugene/Springfield community. For more information, send an email to adoptioninfo@CatRescues.org or call 541-225-4955 option 1.
