Good with dogs, Needs special attention, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Two bonded Peterbald cats (ages 5 & 6), listed as Oriental because the site doesn’t offer Peterbald—these cats are extremely rare. Healthy, neutered, vaccinated, and litter-trained. Very affectionate, vocal, playful, and need 4–5 hrs/day of attention. They act like cuddly, playful monkeys/dogs and love being held and following their humans. Indoor-only due to no fur; need temps ≥74°F, sweaters if cooler, plus heating pads/blankets. Supervised catio time (74–85°F) with shirts is OK. Require high-quality wet food to prevent urinary crystals. Best with stay at home parent: gentle, non-destructive, entertaining, and travel well. Not suited for homes with aggressive pets. Challenges: high attention needs, very vocal, high energy, and clever door/cabinet openers. Adoption requires an application and thorough screening and approval PRIOR to meeting the cats. $800 rehoming fee for both cats.

Story
This is a semi-feral (unsocialized) cat that was no longer allowed to remain in it's original location. This cat was brought in from outdoors and is not socialized and can not be picked up unless familiar with you. These type of cats can be unpredictable and would do best as an outside cat in a safe environment. This would need to be done gradually and we would help you through this. The donation requested is at your discretion and will go towards continuing our feral cat project. Please contact Alessandra 954-205-0398 for an appointment to meet this or one of the many others in our feral cat area.October 26, 2024, 9:24 pm

Story
Mochi was found abandoned on the street as a wee little kitten, and she has now grown up to a big tubby 3 year old. Unfortunately, it has become difficult to keep her due to behavioral issues. She is quite an anxious cat and any loud unknown noises will set her off in either a fight or flight mode. However, she is very sweet in her own special ways. She despises being held and sometimes will allow for you to pet her if she's feeling generous. Whomever she gets attached to she will follow around and stay by your side (a 2 foot distance at least). She enjoys playing in short bursts, whether it be pretend hunting/chasing or with small toys. Although her idea of a toy is a household item like a pen or anything that is easy for her to push around the house, while the cat toy will lay untouched in the corner. She's a special little cat that you will come to love.
