Meet County! This sweet boy was found off a highway exit on the county line. He was sitting along the roadside’s edge with an empty plastic container available for some food or water and just enough cover in the grasses for him to feel a little protected from the loud semis zooming past. County’s soulful eyes told his finder that he didn’t belong out there and was brought to our shelter for his stray hold. Now that he’s settled in at VHS, we’ve discovered a handsome kitty with stunning blue eyes that wants nothing more than to have all the pets! County also enjoys treats and rolling in catnip!

Fostering is a rewarding experience that provides stability and love a homeless animal needs while we search for a forever family. Don't worry, we'll provide you with all the essentials and support you need throughout the fostering process. Your kindness can make a world of difference in the life of a homeless animal.
