Story
Gretel has already faced more hardship than any kitten should. After her home was destroyed in a fire in a low-income area, her owner moved away and left her behind to survive on her own. Scared and unsure, this beautiful long-haired Siamese mix was suddenly without the only life she knew—until she was rescued and brought into foster care.
At first, Gretel was very timid and cautious, quietly observing everything from a safe distance. With time, patience, and gentle love, she has begun to blossom. Now she’s gaining confidence every day, exploring her foster home, playing, and showing flashes of the curious, affectionate kitten she was always meant to be.
Gretel has stunning Siamese features, soft flowing fur, and soulful eyes that seem to tell her story. She’s sweet, sensitive, and would do best in a calm, loving home where she can continue to build trust and feel secure.
If you’re looking for a gentle little survivor with a tender heart and so much love to give, Gretel is ready to find her forever home and never look back.

-Good with cats with an introduction
She is the complete package! She would love to find a home with her brother, Hansel, or with another young kitty around. Given her personality, we believe she would do well with other cats, children, and cat-friendly dogs if allowed time for an introduction.
Her adoption fee includes her spay surgery, microchip, age appropriate vaccinations, and group testing for FIV and FeLV.
If you are interested in adopting, please go to our adoption page for more information on our adoption process and to complete our adoption application.
