ADOPTION PENDING Gunner is a 2-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer mix who arrived as a stray and quickly stole everyone’s hearts with his gentle soul and soft, speckled charm. At 63 pounds, he’s a dainty, low-energy boy who prefers lounging in the sunshine over rough play and loves relaxing beside dogs of all sizes. He’s social, sweet, and enjoys making new friends wherever he goes. This handsome guy is heartworm positive, but the condition is treatable, non-contagious, and he’s ready to begin the medical care that will allow him to live a long, happy, healthy life. Despite all he’s been through, he remains a calm, patient, and incredibly loving companion. He walks beautifully on a leash, knows how to sit, and would adore lazy afternoons on patios, Sunday brunch outings, or just curling up next to someone who loves his quiet, peaceful presence. He’s the perfect fit for anyone who appreciates the gentle, affectionate personality that GSP mixes are known for. Gunner is a very sweet boy who deserves a soft landing and a family committed to helping him heal and blossom.
