Story
I rescued Mina from a shelter in Nov 2025. The vet estimated 5mos old. She is very smart, completed 8 weeks of Obedience Training. She knows sit, down, touch (come) and wait. She knows leave it and stay, doesn’t always want to but is getting better. Very treat motivated. Also let’s go home if we’re outside and let’s go to bed. She’s crate trained, puzzle treats help, but sleeps on her bed in my room from about 9:30pm to 6:30am. She rings a bell when she needs to potty. Once she knew I was her person she was devoted to me but she is extremely slow warming up to strangers. She just needs time. She’ll bark when strangers come in the yard. Traits from being abandoned perhaps. She is leashed trained but wants to pull me around sometimes, especially if she sees a squirrel or bird. I’m petite, this is a problem for me. If you love long walks or you’re a runner, she’s your dog. Someone with time and patience to help her through her abandonment issues would be ideal. She deserves to be loved.
