THERE IS AN ADOPTION APPLICATION REQUESTING BASIC INFO ON POTENTIAL ADOPTERS AND AFTER APPROVAL A CONTRACT IS SIGNED AT TIME OF ANIMAL DELIVERY. WE USUALLY FOLLOW UP 2 WEEKS LATER WITH A CALL.
