Golden Gate Rescue Center

Golden Gate Rescue Center is a non-profit organization operating to provide exceptional care, to rehabilitate, to re-home, and ultimately give a second chance to large breed and senior dogs in need. While we primarily take concentrations of large breed and senior dogs from overwhelmed shelters, we also take strays, owner surrenders, and any other dog in need that comes our way. Overpopulation, lack of funds, and limited resources are just a few reasons animals are euthanized. By our rescue pulling animals in need from overwhelmed shelters, we are able to provide second chances to sick, wounded, and previously unwanted animals.
