Cats By The Tracks was founded 3 years ago! We rescue cats and kittens from shelters in the Central Valley. Our main goal is to save animals from kill-shelters and provide them loving foster homes until they are adopted. All animals are healthy, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped prior to adoption.
