P & E is a Foster based canine Rescue in the Denver Metro Area founded on a mission to Rescue, Adopt, Educate and Support. Our goal is to provide affordable adoptions that include age appropriate vaccinations, microchips and spay/neuter. We’re also dedicated to educating our community on vaccinations, and offering vaccine/sterilization support for pet owners in need of assistance.
