Mastino Rescue, Inc. is a group of rescuers and breed enthusiasts, working together to rescue and rehome the growing number of Neapolitan Mastiffs in need, within the USA, and to educate the public about the realities of owning this magnificent and unique breed. We are a registered 501(c)3 charitable organization.

Our rescue is breed-specific to the Neapolitan Mastiff, and we are VERY picky about our adopters. Due to the breed, we do not place any dogs with a current large dog of the same sex, and we do not adopt to families with children under 10-years old living in the home.
