City of Abilene Animal Services Animal Control Officers now service residents under Abilene Police Department’s (APD) newly created Animal Outreach Team. The City of Abilene Animal Services no longer manages the animal shelter or animal adoptions. Contact APD's Animal Outreach Team at (325) 673-8331 for: * Reporting a stray, aggressive, dangerous or deceased animal * Reporting a barking dog complaint
