The NESPCA's mission is to promote quality of life for companion animals through responsible stewardship, successful adoptions, education and enforcement of the Animal Protection Act.
Naicam, Porcupine Plain, Nipawin, Star City, Kinistino and Melfort SK. We serve the Northeast of Saskatchewan. We also accept surrenders when space is available.
