The NESPCA's mission is to promote quality of life for companion animals through responsible stewardship, successful adoptions, education and enforcement of the Animal Protection Act.
Naicam, Porcupine Plain, Nipawin, Star City, Kinistino and Melfort SK. We serve the Northeast of Saskatchewan. We also accept surrenders when space is available.
Adoption steps
- Submit ApplicationApplicants can apply online or in person.
- Approve ApplicationIt may take a day or two for your application to be approved. Expect a call or email from us approving your application.
- Take the Pet HomeWe decide what day & time works best for you to pick up your new furry friend. Pay your fees, take a picture and you're on your way home!
Additional adoption info
A spay/neuter contract is required for all animals younger than 6 months.
