Rescue FAQs

We are a volunteer operated non profit dog rescue located in Northern Indiana. We are a NO KILL rescue with a mission to spay or neuter every dog that comes through our rescue. Our mission is a direct response to counteract the overpopulation of unwanted dogs.

Adoption steps

  1. Submit Application
    1. Submit an initial inquiry on the pet you are interested in.
  2. Submit Application
    1. Submit an application once your inquiry has been received.
  3. Interview
    1. A phone interview with an adoption coordinator is required.
  4. Meet the Pet
    1. If approved, we will set up an appointment for you to meet the pet. If everything goes well, you will be able to take them home the same day
  5. Sign Adoption Contract
  6. Pay Fee
    1. We do NOT accept personal checks. We accept cash, certified check, money order and debit/credit cards (with a 3% processing fee).
  7. Take the Pet Home
    1. Have fun!

Additional adoption info

3 references and a vet reference is required. If you do not own your home, landlord approval is also required.
