We are an animal shelter that is dedicated to finding healthy, happy pets new homes where we know they will get the love and care they deserve. We find homes for an average of 1,300 pets per year.

Additional adoption info

All of CCHS' animals are spayed or neutered prior to adoption. They receive all vaccinations that are age appropriate to them and have 24PetWatch Microchips. The cats are tested for Feline Leukemia. Any dog or cat over 3 months of age receives a Rabies vaccine. See our chqhumane.org website's "About Adoption" page for fees, special discount programs, and what's included.
