Rescue FAQs

Cheers to Paws Animal Rescue is a non-profit, volunteer-run organization dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming stray, abandoned, abused, and neglected dogs and cats. Our mission is to match as many homeless dogs and cats with loving, capable adoptive families as possible. Every living being deserves a safe, warm, loving environment in which their needs for shelter, nourishment, care, play, and connection will be met. We are based in Kelowna, BC, but have a wide and growing network of international volunteers who are passionate about - and dedicated to - reducing the suffering of animals worldwide. We are committed to doing everything within our power to connect animals in need with opportunities to live the thriving lives they deserve.
