Founded in May 2016 DIBS Rescue, located in greater Toronto area (Ontario, Canada) is one of many non-profit organizations dedicated to rescuing abandoned or otherwise homeless dogs from Mexico and Ontario.
We work with Mexican based shelters that need us - we help find homes for their dogs, and we support them financially - food, vetting, spay & neuter clinics

Adoption steps
- Submit ApplicationVisit our website www.dibsrescue.com and fill out an application if you believe you are a match!
- InterviewPhone interview to determine if you are the right fit for the dog.
- Meet the PetAfter we receive your references we set up a time for you to meet the dog (virtually or in person depending on distance).
- Home CheckWe currently conduct virtual home tours to make sure you home is a suitable place for our dog.
- Approve Application
- Sign Adoption Contract
- Pay FeeWe then set up a time for you to pick up your new dog from their foster home.
