Pups on a Porch Swing Animal Advocates is an animal rescue located in St. Petersburg and Weeki Wachee, Florida. Our goal is to facilitate the rescue, adoption, and rehoming of companion pets in need. We support our local communities through education, rehoming support, dog food distribution, and adoption. We support animal control facilities in a three-state area to reduce overcrowding and euthanasia of adoptable animals. Working together, we can improve animals' and human lives.

We work hard to match the right pet to the right family. Our interview process is lengthy in an attempt to learn about the adoptive families' lifestyle, training experience, and time commitments to transitioning the pet into their home. All animals are fully vetted, microchipped, and spayed or neutered. We do have a senior placement program and a hospice program for pets in our care.
