We are an Oregon & Texas based NPO currently in process of obtaining our 501c3. Our focus is special needs and ALL cats and kittens needing help. Our mission is to rehabilitate cats to adoption ready and educate the community on Trap, Neuter, Release and to assure every cat in our care or that comes in and is "less" adoptable has the needed medical care and love it deserves. We believe in education and making lives better for ALL cats.
