The shelter works with the following counties for pet adoption: Bland, Smyth, Wythe, Russell, Tazewell, Grayson,& Washington.
There is no adoption fees charged but the adoptor MUST have the adopted pet spayed/neutered within a specific time limit set by the shelter administrator.
