Pitty City was born out of a complete love and commitment to the most neglected, over-bred dogs in Philadelphia – the Pit Bull. While we will absolutely help any dog in need, we focus on saving as many pitties as we can with rescue, rehabilitation, spaying/neutering and placing them in loving forever homes. Pitty City Rescue is a 501(c)3.
