Happy Tails Canine Rescue is a small, volunteer run, foster based dog rescue in Memphis, TN. We are dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating dogs who find themselves in crowded shelters and advocating for every dog’s second chance. Our 501(c)(3) nonprofit strives to provide a loving haven for canines in need, supporting their well-being through compassionate care, community education, and responsible rehoming. Our ultimate goal is to foster a city where every dog gets their happy tail.

A home check may be performed during the adoption process. This is up to the discretion of the rescue founder and may be performed upon her decision. This step will ensure our animals are going into the best possible homes and will never be treated as less than a best friend and companion. We are dedicated to the best possible fit for each animal that comes into our care.
