Polk County Humane Society is a rural animal rescue located in southwest Missouri. We ensure a lifetime of safety, love and companionship for lost, abandoned and unwanted pets. We provide shelter and care in a safe environment for pets awaiting a second chance. We adopt those pets to responsible, loving and committed homes and we hope yours is one of those homes!
This transport locations serves the city of St. Louis, MO. We provide twice monthly transports to adopters in the St. Louis area. We meet at the PetSmart at 10900 Sunset Hills Plaza, St. Louis MO 63127.

Additional adoption info

We are happy to facilitate virtual visits with our pets using FaceTime or another app and help get them that Last Mile Home to you! Transport adoptions are delivered to adopters every other week, usually on a Wednesday.
