Rescue FAQs

We specialize in Great Danes and Great Dane mixes. As owners of several Great Danes and a couple of Great Dane/Mastiff mixes we have come to love the gentle giants. Unfortunately the bigger the dog the less likely it is for them to get adopted from overcrowded shelters that euthanize for space without giving them a chance. We care for every dog that comes through our doors as if they were our own. We don't crate dogs or have kennels. We have dedicated indoor and outdoor areas for decompressing, quarantine and behavioral purposes. We feed, provide veterinary care including vaccinations, spay/neuter surgery, microchipping if needed, and allow them slow, safe opportunities to meet and play with other dogs.
