We are a small non-profit rescue based in Hangzhou, China.
Urban management captures dogs into their shelter daily. If shelter fills up, dogs face euthanization. We make every effort to avoid this - all due to thanks of our foster families and adoptive families!
Dedicated to saving dogs off the streets and dog meat traders, and into loving homes!
In 2024, we sent 63 dogs and cats into loving homes.
In 2025, we sent 91 dogs and cats into loving homes.

- Home Check
- Sign Adoption Contract
- Pay Fee
- Take the Pet Home
Additional adoption info
We have no adoption fee. Instead, what you are paying for is the flight home to you and document fees - this typically ranges from 650 - 800 CAD. Average timeline 1 - 3 months before your dog is flown home to you.
**Please note that many of our dogs are very timid, and will need patience and time. Once adoption is confirmed, they will be moved into a foster family for socialization and learning basic household manners before flying to you**
