Rescue FAQs

Sylvia's Promise Rescue, Inc is a 501c3 Non Profit Sylvia's Promise Rescue was formed when we became aware of the extent of the incredible abuse and neglect of animals in South Texas. Two gorgeous black dogs from the Mathis Tx. shelter started our journey from fostering to transport to rescue. Our mission, with the help of our rescue partners, is to save as many as we can. Compassion, honesty, and integrity are the foundation of our efforts. Please help us save dogs by supporting Sylvia's Promise Rescue though adoption, fostering, or donations.
