Rescue FAQs

Napa Humane's programs focus on prevention. We operate the only low-cost high-volume spay/neuter clinic in a tri country area. We provide spay/neuter for two area animal shelters, the area rescue groups, the general public, and for community cats. We provide veterinary rounds at the local County animal shelter. We provide targeted veterinary care for the low-income Spanish speaking community, and for pets of the unhoused. We offer group and individual dog training classes. We partner with the school district to provide classroom pet safety classes.

Additional adoption info

We don't manage pet adoptions. We focus on prevention and shelter diversion by way of spay/neuter, education, behavior and training, and veterinary services.

I emailed Adopt-A-Pet regarding the fact that this application does not fit for us as I was required to select shelter or rescue, which we are neither. I was instructed to complete the application regardless.
