Chain of Hope is a passionate animal rescue organization committed to giving forgotten and neglected animals a second chance. We work every day to rescue those who are suffering, provide medical care and rehabilitation, and place them in loving forever homes. We believe in breaking the cycle of neglect through education, outreach, and direct action. Whether it’s pulling a dog from the streets, helping a pet owner with resources, or speaking up for those who can’t, our mission is rooted in compassion and hope.
