Rescue FAQs

Journey's Legacy is a small rescue in Cleveland, TN. We save dogs from the local shelter, off the streets, and occasionally owner surrenders if there is room or an urgent need. We have dogs in foster homes, boarding facilities, and the ranch. We specialize in medium to large breed dogs. We are working hard to get laws to change to require pet owners to spay and neuter their pets to stop the overpopulation of animals.

Additional adoption info

We try to stream line the process and can usually complete everything within 1-2 weeks. Transport fee of up to $200 applies to areas if more than a 2-hour drive dependent on the distance.
