Rescue FAQs

We are WASV Woodbridge Animal Society Volunteers. We are an all volunteer-run rescue, and are a Registered 501(c)(3) founded in 2006 by Margaret Petrow and a small group of caring and dedicated animal lovers of Woodbridge Township, New Jersey. We strive to reduce the homeless animal population by hosting a monthly TNR clinic, and aim to find the best forever homes for those that we rescue and foster. We are an official partner of PetSmart Charities, and host weekly in-store adoption events each Sunday in Petsmart of Woodbridge on Sundays from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM.
