Rain or Shine Rescue is a 501(c)3 nonprofit animal rescue based in New York City. We provide safe, compassionate foster care for the most vulnerable dogs and cats — including seniors, animals with special needs, and those requiring medical treatment. We see them through rehabilitation and when they’re ready for adoption, match them with loving, committed adopters. We facilitate out-of-state adoptions and welcome fosters and volunteers across the Northeast to join our team!
