All adoptions are limited to a 50 mile radius of the shelter. PAWS adopts adult dogs and cats, as well as puppies and kittens, into appropriate, adoptive homes. Kittens (6 months and under): $125.00 Cats (over 6 months): $65.00 Senior cats (over 7 years old): $25.00 Puppies (6 months and under): $275.00 Dogs (over 6 months): $250.00 Senior Dogs (over 7 years old): $125.00 For all animals, the adoption fee includes: 1. Basic vaccinations appropriate to the animals age. 2. Spay or neuter. 3. AVID Microchip or 24 hour Petwatch Microchip registration. 4. Rabies vaccination for dogs and cats over 4 months. For cats the fee includes a feline leukemia test, FIV test, cat carrier, a collar and ID tag. For dogs the fee also includes a heartworm test, collar, leash, ID tag.
