Landlord approval req if renting.
Kittens adopted in pairs or to homes with cats.

-Residency: Applicants must be residents of Connecticut.
-Age: Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
-Landlord Approval: If renting, confirm that your rental agreement allows for cats. Provide landlord contact information for verification if applicable.
