Rescue FAQs

Impact Animal Foundation is a completely volunteer organization. Our focus is rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming of cats and dogs. We do not have a shelter facility. All of our animals live in foster homes where they are house trained and taught basic manners. Our fosters help us learn more about each animal's personality and needs so we can better match them to a forever home. In addition, Impact endeavors to educate our community on the plight of unwanted animals and solutions too reduce euthanasia and improve animal welfare. ***MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD TO VOLUNTEER***
Bryan/College Station Texas and the surrounding Brazos Valley.

Additional adoption info

We only accept applications from within a 50 mile radius of Bryan/College Station. Occasionally, we make an exception but the adoption fee is increased to cover gas/expenses for a volunteer to visit your home.

FEES:
Our adoption fee is $150 for dogs and $100 for cats.

This includes a spay/neuter, vaccinations, a microchip, proof that the animal has tested heartworm or FIV/FeLV negative, some training, and a county tag.

REQUIREMENTS:
Our requirements vary by animal but always include: all of your current pets must be spayed/neutered (unless actively showing), up-to-date on shots, and live indoors. We also verify landlord approval.
