West Plains Animal Control Department

We are a small town located in south central Missouri, population 10,000+. We are a state licensed "ACFA" facility that only takes in dogs, mostly strays off the street that have been dumped out. When we have time and space to spare we try and post dog to the net to find them a new and loving home....But some times we don't have the time or space ( we only have a 7 pen facility) and all dogs picked are held for 5 days..
