Rescue FAQs

We are no-kill, all volunteer non-profit feline rescue organization. We work with members of the public. We spay/neuter, vaccinate, test, and provide other needed medical care for our rescues. We then work to find new homes for abandoned, and homeless cats & kittens. Our goal is to eliminate the needless killing of pets in our shelters. Since our incorporation in 1998, we have spayed/ neutered and rehomed thousands cats & kittens. Our credo is to stop the suffering of homeless and abused cats and kittens.
Greater Sacramento Area (located in Natomas)

Additional adoption info

Our cats and kittens are all tested for FeLV, spayed/neutered, and receive vaccinations appropriate for their age before adoption. Also, cats and kittens are de-fleaed and de-wormed Cats have a 10 day health warranty and we have a life time return policy in case the adoption doesn't work out or circumstances change. We try to match the cat to the home. Our Adopters sign a waiver with PetSmart and complete a contract with C.A.T.S. We ask an adoption fee of $150 for kittens and $100 for adult cats. Some special needs cats are adopted for less.
