Rescue FAQs

We are a New Jersey based rescue organization. We are a well established organization with a wealth of experience. We rescue these gorgeous animals from some of the most horrible conditions. We medically take care of them, love them and prepare them for going off to their "forever homes". These animals are in foster care, so we do not have a physical location where people can see the dogs. ALL of our members are volunteers and do rescue on their free time. We are always looking for volunteers of all ages to get involved. We encourage young adults to get involved, especially at our adoption days. This is a great opportunity for kids to donate their time back to the community, as have fun at the same time. We are also looking for adults to get involved across various facets. If you are interested, please contact us at carenjrescue@yahoo.com.
We are open to accepting applications Nationwide, as we have many volunteers and fosters along the East Coast.

Additional adoption info

We require all our potential adopters to fill out an application prior to adopting one of our pets. This helps us to get to know you better, as well as give us a better feel for what dog might be best suited for your home.

Our contract requires that a family MUST return the dog to our rescue, if the pet is no longer wanted.

Our adoption fees range depending on the animal. This fee covers any medical expenses that the pet requires, microchipping, as well as costs for taking care of the animals needs while in our rescue.
