That includes the payment of the adoption fee. Adoptions are done on a first come, first served basis. Online applications are accepted and payment can be made via phone and at WWW.PayPal.me/TSCHS. Otherwise we can not hold animals. After the adoption fee has been paid, arrangements will be made to have the pet altered. No pets leave without being altered.
