All AARF dogs have all received their shots, are on heartworm and flea preventative, have been spayed/neutered and microchipped. All AARF pets are fostered in loving foster homes, where they receive love and attention, beginning training and socialization. We have a group of fantastic fosters who help us to create an adoptable and healthy companion for your home.

We don't "sell" dogs here at AARF. But we do ask for a minimum adoption donation to help us cover the cost of all of the vet care the dogs have received. Effective, January 1, 2010, our adoption donation is $225 for dogs. All adoption donations are tax-deductible, and help AARF continue our rescue and adoption program.

All AARF cats have all received their shots, have been FIV/FeLV tested, are on flea and tick preventative and have been microchipped and spayed/neutered. All AARF kitties are fostered in responsible foster homes, where they receive love, attention and socialization. We have a group of fantastic fosters who help us to create an adoptable and healthy companion for your home.
